Delivery
All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained – maximum one business day following the day of the order. Orders are shipped via standard shipping and packages typically arrive in five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for deliveries in Europe, and eight (8) to fourteen (14) outside Europe. All orders are charged in EUROS. Conversion rates may vary depending upon your bank and Credit Card Company. Please contact your bank directly with questions regarding conversion rates and fees.

Only one address can be provided for shipment each time during your checkout process. If you are shopping for people at different locations, you will need to place each order separately including their addresses.

Order Confirmation
You will receive one e-mail after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address.
The e-mail confirms your order details and your order will be shipped the first business day following the date of your order.
Order Tracking
The shipment notification email will NOT include a shipping tracking number.

Return and Exhanges
If for any reason at all you are unsatisfied with an item you purchase, The Nadia Plesner Foundation will make an exchange or refund the full purchase amount if an item is returned unused within 30 days of the date shipped to you. If a return is made after 30 days of the date purchased, items can be exchanged for their original value with other merchandise, or refunded at the latest sale price(s) of the item(s). Shipping and handling will only be refunded if the problem is the result of our error.
Return refunds can only be made in the original form of payment and only to the original purchaser.
